Heat Output Calculator

Our calculator helps you easily determine the heating capacity you need for your space. For larger rooms, consider using multiple radiators, opting for larger sizes, or choosing models with more panels to meet your BTU requirement.

Select your desired room

Select the correct measurement type, and input the height, width and length.

Are there any of the following in the room:

Total: 0 BTUs
Total: 0 kW

What's a BTU?

BTU (British Thermal Unit) measures how much heat a radiator can output. The higher the BTU, the more warmth it provides. To choose the right radiator, calculate the BTU needed for your room size, insulation, and window type. Too low, and your space stays chilly; too high, and you waste energy.

which valves do I need?

Which valves do I need?

Inlet Position: Pipework Through Wall Pipework Through Floor Pipework Along Wall
Bottom Angled/Corner Straight Corner
Sides Angled/Corner Angled/Corner Straight
Middle Angled/H-Block Straight/H-Block Corner
Angled Radiator Valves

Angled radiator valves are typically used when the pipework comes from the floor, or from the wall directly behind the radiator. The angled design allows for a neat connection.

Straight Radiator Valves

Straight radiator valves are used when the pipework comes up from the floor directly beneath the radiator. They provide a vertical connection to the radiator.

Corner Radiator Valves

Corner valves are often used when the pipework comes from the wall, or runs along the wall and needs to turn a corner to connect to the side of the radiator.

H-Block Radiator Valves

H-Block radiator valves are a more compact solution, often used with modern radiators that have connections at the bottom, rather than the sides.

All about me

Save on floor space with this slim, wall-mounted, vertical towel radiator. It features an open design to allow easy access to your warm towels, ready for when you’ve finished showering or bathing. Plus, there’s more than enough room to let the heat warm up your bathroom besides your towels. It would look great in any modern family bathroom or ensuite.
