The Jigsaw extractor from Elica is possibly the most unique extractor out there now. With the 'e-motion' control system on the Jigsaw you interact with hood rather than just push buttons. If your cooking is only producing a small amount of steam then you just open the smaller panel to get the extraction started. A bit more steam? Open the larger panel, or both. And to turn the illumination on you just touch the horizontal panel near the top!
