While the standard iqMix container will do a perfectly good job of casually grinding grains but if you regularly make your own flowers or grind spices than you really need this container with specially designed heavy duty grinding blades and made from stronger PE plastic.
Having a second container is also convenient because to grind grains the container needs to be totally dry, and if you made a smoothie in the morning the container might still be wet.
