How the assembly service works
Once you have placed your order for your new BBQ or added to basket, select ‘BBQ Assembly’ then ‘go to checkout’ where you’ll be prompted to select your delivery date.
When your order is confirmed and ready, you’ll be given a timeslot the day before for us to deliver and assemble your BBQ - working around you.
On delivery day, we’ll take your order to the specified area in your garden, where it’ll be unpacked and assembled, leaving you to get on with your day.
Before we go, we’ll clean up, remove, and recycle all packaging, including polystyrene and any polybags present.
Please note: You can request your delivery as soon as the very next day, so long as your order is placed within the cut off time, otherwise you’ll be given the option to select the next suitable date to deliver and assemble your product.
