The Electrolux EFB90550BX has a powerful motor operating on three speeds with an extraction rate of 530m³/h, making it suitable for larger kitchens. On the highest setting the hood reaches a noise level of 63 dB which is a similar level to background noise in an office or restaurant. If you also dine in your kitchen it is a good idea to turn the extractor on before you begin cooking rather than waiting till the kitchen gets steamy. This way you can get the air circulating in your kitchen for a more efficient extraction and then switch the extractor down to its lowest setting when you sit down to eat, if the room is still steamy.
