LG’s Active HDR gives stunning detail
LG’s Active HDR analyses the picture signal, frame-by-frame to give optimum colour and contrast. This means stunning detail and contrast with each and every scene – making it ideal for movies and gaming. The LG includes support for HDR10 and HLG. HDR10 is widely used on UHD gaming consoles from Sony and Microsoft. HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma HDR) is a broadcast and user generated standard format that is seen as the standard for transmitting 4K signals.
AI Sound
If you fancy a more cinematic sound from your TV, then LG’s AI Sound should be music to your ears. Using AI algorithms, AI Sound up-mixes two-channel audio to virtual 5.1 sound – giving a much more immersive sound stage.
