Yes you will be able to cook various different foods at the same time using the high and low cooking racks and the extender ring to create more space. Cooking times are dependant on the weight of the food but steak takes roughly around 8-10 minutes and chips from frozen take around 15-18 minutes. Hope this helps. Thanks, Leah

We only sell this one Halogen Oven which has a 12 litre cooking capacity which can be increased to 17 litres using the extension ring. Therefore, yes you will still get the free accessories if you purchase this item. Hope this helps, Leah
