The contemporary SY931 90cm Symphony cooker includes a main multifunctional oven and tall auxiliary oven, with side opening doors for easy access allowing for closer proximity.
Circulaire Function
Both ovens feature Smeg's Circulaire function, which provides many benefits including no flavour transfer when cooking different food types at the same time. The large main oven has 4 shelves positions whilst the auxiliary has 9, making it ideal for batch baking. There is also a separate grill compartment perfect for grilling sausages and bacon.
Induction Hob
This cooker benefits from an Induction hob. Induction hobs are highly efficient, giving a faster more responsive solution. It allows for precise temperature control. Heat is only generated when the pan comes into direct contact of the specific cooking zone, ensuring safety in the presence of children. This helps optimise power.
