The contemporary SY103 100cm Symphony cooker includes a main multifunctional oven and tall auxiliary oven, with side opening doors for easy access allowing for closer proximity. Cook multiple dishes together with no flavour transfer.
Gas Hob
The gas hob top offers 6 powerful gas burners, including a WOK burner for great flexibility. This cooker has been crafted using 18/10 Stainless Steel to ensure long lasting results. Eclipse Black Glass- This innovative material appears jet black when the oven is off, yet transparent when the oven is turned on and the light illuminates the cavity.
Circulaire Function
Both ovens feature Smeg's Circulaire function, which provides many benefits including no flavour transfer when cooking different food types at the same time. The large main oven has 4 shelves positions whilst the auxiliary has 9, making it ideal for batch baking. There is also a separate grill compartment perfect for grilling sausages and bacon.
