Question from Sheila: Asked on 23/09/2017 How does the GPS work?looking for phone for elderly person who s had a stroke. How would a family member locate person using the GPS and would the mobile need to be on for it to work?
Thanks Sheila
You can locate the GPS location via the 'My Doro Manager' section of Doro's website.
If it is the case that the phone is off, the GPS location would be where the phone was last turned on.
I hope this helps.
